How CareerSkale works

A clear sequence of guidance steps

Our role is practical and it is limited.

We can help you work out what you are eligible for, build a shortlist you can actually verify, and put together a complete application. We cannot decide whether you are admitted, and we cannot award you anything.

CareerSkale provides counselling, eligibility assessment, application support, document checking, admission coordination and assistance up to enrolment. Academic decisions, teaching, examinations, supervision, degree awards and certification stay entirely with the institution.

Every qualification discussed on this site is awarded by the institution named on the offer document.

We start with the qualification you want, what you have studied before, your professional experience, how you want to study, where, your budget and how many hours a week you can realistically give it.

For a doctorate, we will also want to understand your proposed research area, whether you already have an outline, and whether the programme expects a master's degree or will consider substantial professional experience instead. For an MBA or executive route, management experience and professional qualifications often matter more than the academic record.

The point of this stage is to find the mismatches early. If the published requirements do not support an application, we should tell you so. An eligibility conversation is not an offer and cannot bind an institution.

A shortlist of programme names is not useful. For each option you should be able to identify:

  • the institution, and the entity that actually awards the qualification;
  • what that entity says it is legally permitted to award;
  • the entry requirements and what evidence proves you meet them;
  • delivery mode, duration, and any attendance or residency obligation;
  • the current fee, and the registration, assessment, extension and graduation charges on top of it;
  • the institution's recognition, accreditation or licensing position; and
  • the cancellation and refund terms.

We keep our statement about a commercial relationship separate from what an institution publishes about itself. Before you decide anything, read how we work with institutions and look at the recognition results for each one.

Once you have chosen a route, we can help organise what that application needs — checking forms are complete, spotting missing evidence, coordinating documents and translations, and helping you understand an institution's stated format and deadlines.

Some of it has to be yours. Your personal statement, research proposal, CV, references and academic declarations must reflect your own experience and intentions. We can explain what is being asked for and give you structured feedback on clarity and completeness. We will not invent achievements, produce misleading documents or write assessed work for you. See our guide to application documents.

We may coordinate submission and follow up on administrative questions. The institution reviews the application and decides. It may ask for more evidence, an interview, revisions, language results or verification of your qualifications.

If an offer is issued, read the whole thing — the offer, the programme specification, the payment schedule, the refund terms and the awarding information — before you accept or pay. We can help you understand the process. The academic decision and the delivery of the programme are the institution's responsibility.

Our support runs up to enrolment.

What you should have in writing at each stage

The process should leave a paper trail, and you are entitled to it.

After the initial review, you should know what information is still missing and what needs an institution's judgment rather than ours. Your shortlist should name the awarding entity for each option and the material differences between them. Before submission, you should have a final document list and a chance to check what is being sent in your name. Before you pay or accept anything, you should have the offer, the full payment breakdown and the terms.

If something material is said only in a call or a message, ask for it in writing — particularly the awarding institution, the recognition position, total charges, any attendance or residency obligation, cancellation and refund responsibility, and how long the offer or price stands.

What happens when you get in touch

Tell us your current qualification, your professional experience, the programme you are considering, how you want to study and where you are. We will use that to work out the next questions — not to promise an outcome. You can also read about CareerSkale and how we separate what we assert from what an institution publishes.
